Barefaced Bridal provides bridal retail and consignment services, wedding dance lessons, wedding coordination and related wedding services. Information on this website is provided to help you explore the business, services and current offerings.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information published on our website is accurate and current. However, errors may occasionally occur and information including pricing, availability, appointment times, services and inclusions may change.

BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Some Barefaced Bridal services are available by appointment and may require an appointment fee, deposit or payment at the time of booking. Bookings made through our online booking system are confirmed when the booking process is completed and confirmation is issued.
The price, inclusions, cancellation conditions and other terms applicable to a particular booking will be provided during the booking process or in the relevant service agreement.
WEDDING GOWNS & PRODUCT SALES
Many of our designer samples, pre-loved and consignment gowns are one-off pieces, so availability can change at any time. Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, all gown and product sales are final. We encourage customers to consider their purchase carefully and ask any questions they may have before completing the sale.
Many gowns sold by Barefaced Bridal are sold on behalf of private consignors. Once a consignment gown is sold, Barefaced Bridal becomes liable to account to the consignor for their share of the sale proceeds. For this reason, a change-of-mind return cannot simply be reversed once a sale has been completed.
This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SIZING, CONDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS
Pre-loved and sample gowns may show reasonable signs of previous wear, handling, storage or being tried on. Where we are aware of material imperfections, we aim to disclose them before purchase.
Bridal sizing can vary significantly between designers and may differ from standard clothing sizes. Any sizing, measurements or alteration guidance provided by Barefaced Bridal is intended as a guide only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, alterations are not included in the purchase price of a gown. Any alteration specialist recommended by Barefaced Bridal operates independently , and customers should make their own enquiries before engaging their services.
CONSIGNMENT
Barefaced Bridal accepts selected wedding gowns for consignment subject to our current eligibility requirements and a separate Consignment Agreement.
Submission of a gown for consideration does not guarantee acceptance.
Where a gown is accepted for consignment, the relationship between Barefaced Bridal and the consignor is govered by the Consignment Agreement provided at the time of acceptance. If there is any inconsistency between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed Agreement, the Consignment Agreement will apply to that consignment.
THE DANCE & THE DAY
Wedding dance lessons, wedding coordination, event services, hire items and other services offered under The Dance and The Day may be subject to service-specific booking terms, payment schedules, cancellation conditions and agreements.
Those specific terms will be provided where relevant and form part of the agreement for that service.
If there is any inconsistency between these general website Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific booking or signed service agreement, the specific agreement will apply.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and service inclusions may change from time to time. The applicable price will generally be the price confirmed at the time of purchase or booking.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment and booking providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use their services.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and transfer conditions vary between our appointments and services.
Any conditions specific to your booking will be displayed during the booking process or provided in your booking confirmation or service agreement.
Where Barefaced Bridal needs to cancel or materially change a booking, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to discuss the available options.
