WHAT TO
expect
Your bridal appointment is private, relaxed and centered around you. Come with a clear vision or absolutely no idea – we’ll give you the space to explore, change your mind and find what feels right.
COME BAREFACED
We ask that you arrive without makeup or fake tan. It helps us keep every gown beautiful for you – and for the bride who tries her on next.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear nude or seamless underwear if you can, and bring shoes of a similar height to what you imagine wearing on the day. Don’t worry if you don’t have either – they’re helpful, not essential.
CHOOSE YOUR CHEER SQUAD
Bring the people whose opinions you genuinely want in the room. Your appointment is about finding your dress, so choose the voices you want beside you.
WHEN YOU FIND THE ONE
The gown you fall in love with is the gown you take home! Our designer sample and pre-loved dresses are on-offs; there are no production waits and we can’t guarantee she’ll still be here next time.
YOUR APPOINTMENT FEE
Your first appointment fee is fully redeemable against your gown purchase. Want another look? Subsequent appointments are offered at 50% off and are not redeemable.
