·Guests – You, your close family and friends will have the entire boutique space privately open for your entourage, however we encourage you to bring no more than 4 guests.
·Lead time– We cater to brides on a short time frame, which means you can take home a dress the very same day.
·Gowns– We offer new pristine samples, unworn preloved designer and gently loved gowns. We have a strict selection criteria so you can be assured they are in excellent as-new condition.
·Price range – Our dresses range in price from $1K & under for discontinued samples up to $10K for our high-end couture gowns. The majority of our stock sit in the $2K – $3,500K price range.
·Trying on– We encourage trying on no more than 5 gowns. This will allow you to get an understanding of the style, shape and silhouette that suits your figure. We believe trying on too many gowns can overwhelm and confuse you, and we suggest making a second appointment should you want to try on more.
·What to bring – Please bring or wear any underwear you plan to wear on your wedding day, for e.g. strapless bra, seamless nude briefs and / or shapewear.
·Makeup – Due to offering gowns as-is off-the-rack we kindly ask that no makeup or fake tan is worn to the appointment. This is to prevent gowns being marked or spoiled unnecessarily and to avoid additional dry cleaning. We want to uphold the quality of gowns, and while we understand you may not be feeling your beautiful-best, rest assured you will feel totally at ease and comfortable with our lovely stylists.

·Cancellation policy – We charge a booking fee which goes towards your gown purchase. This ensures your time (and ours) isn’t wasted on no-shows or last minute cancellations. We respect everyone’s time and dedicate one hour to our brides helping to personally style and advise on selecting a gown. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 48hrs notice, otherwise your booking fee will be forfeited.
