Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. For purchases made by Credit Card please be advised that we charge a 2.2% transaction fee plus $0.50 per transaction plus GST. Should you wish to avoid this fee we happily accept cash or bank transfer. Visa and MasterCard accepted only.

Shipping

We happily post interstate, nationally and overseas, however delivery costs and times vary. Australia wide shipping; flat rate $30, registered and online tracking, delivery 2-5 days depending on location. Will not deliver to PO Boxes. Signature required upon delivery. Refunds and Exchanges

Our wedding gowns are sold on consignment, and are one-off items and sample stock. We therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Returns: unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased.
Alterations: we will happily recommend and refer you to a bridal alteration specialist in the Sydney-wide area should you need any modifications made to your purchase.

Borrowing Gowns

Wedding gowns or bridal accessories taken on loan for the purpose of styled photo shoots or other are to be treated with the utmost care. All responsibility for the maintenance and care of all items remain with the borrower whilst in their care. The borrower will be solely responsible for any damage to Barefaced Bridal’s property and will need to cover any dry cleaning costs should in the unlikely event this occur. In the event any item is lost or irreplaceable the borrower will need to cover the listing price of the item as stated on Barefaced Bridal’s website.
